U.S. ARMY TO ESTABLISH ANALYSIS CENTER IN PONCA CITY      Wave Technologies, Inc., a Ponca City based company, announced today that the company has been awarded a three year, five million dollar federal government contract to establish the United States Army's Urban Warfare Analysis Center, (UWAC) in Ponca City.      According to Howard Whetzel, Chairman of Wave Technologies, and Lisa Whetzel, Wave's President, the UWAC will enable distributed knowledge discovery and real-time distribution of critical data for the planning and execution phases of urban warfare using a mixed government and contractor work force.      The UWAC will be housed next to Wave Technologies in the Commercial Federal Building in downtown Ponca City. The Ponca City Development Authority, (PCDA) leased the approximately 7,500 square foot office in August. PCDA will sublease the space to Wave Technologies and provide tenant improvements for the project.      "We're very excited to have the Army in town," said PCDA Executive Director David Myers. "These are knowledge workers, most of whom will be new to the area.
